Cremant made with the Traditional method
The domain is committed to wine growing practices that minimize intervention to allow the terroir to express itself. In the same vein, winemaking is done with the goal of allowing the fruit to assert its natural characteristics and to reflect the soils and climate of Vézelay. This wine is a blend of 80% Chardonnay — 20% Pinot Noir aging it 18 months on the lees and adding dosage of 8-12 g/l making this wine a Brut.
The final product is a very classy example of a sparkling Burgundy. With a nice roundness in the mouth thanks to the Chardonnay and delicate notes of white flowers from the Pinot Noir. Perfect for everyday drinking.
